A wonderfully fun and rounder style of cocktail.

Our house made Coconut Tequila brings warm structure and texture to the drink, paired with Butter Cake and Cacao for a lovely richer lactic flavour. LMP is topped off with another in-house creation, a perfect fusion of Raspberry, Riesling and Mead which adds brightness and that perfect sweet touch to balance out this glacé style of aperitif.

• Serving recommendation: A simple dry shake, then pour into glass with plenty of ice. Can also use crushed ice if you prefer a textural change.
