At Berowra Waters Inn we do not charge a specific room hire charge, however we do require a minimum spend on the food and beverage component of your event.

Upon booking we will forward you a Reservation Confirmation Form which will need to be completed and faxed back to us to secure your booking. We request a credit card for this confirmation to hold on file, nothing will be charged at this point.

Full payment must be made at the completion of the event. Please note that we do not accept personal cheques. Company cheques are only acceptable with prior arrangement.

We require final confirmed final numbers for your event 48 hours prior to the event.This number can be increased or decreased, however we reserve the right to charge the number confirmed at 48 hours notice as the minimum

charge, any increase over the confirmed number will be automatically charged.

A service charge of 8% of the food and beverage component will be added to your bill.

Should a cancellation occur within 48 hours of the scheduled start of the event, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee as outlined on the Reservation Confirmation Form. That is for reservations for 19 guests or less a charge of $250 will be levied and for reservations of 20 guests or more a charge of 20% of the food revenue will be charged.

The client is expected to conduct their event in a legal and respectable manner.

The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests and the payment of the event.

The client is liable for any damage done to the restaurant, its property or its staff.

The client is responsible for any external equipment that is delivered to the restaurant.
