GENERAL INFORMATION
MINIMUM SPEND

At Berowra Waters Inn we do not charge a specific room hire charge, however we do require a minimum spend on the food and beverage component of your event.

EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE WHOLE RESTAURANT


If you wish to have exclusive use of the restaurant for the entire day then an additional charge of $5,000 will be added to your final bill.

Should you be looking at a small events of less than 30 guests and wish to just utilise our private dining room please ask for our minimum spends.

BOOKINGS AND CONFIRMATION
Upon booking we will forward you a Reservation Confirmation Form which will need to be completed and faxed back to us to secure your booking.

We request a credit card for this confirmation to hold on file, nothing will be charged at this point.

 

 

PAYMENT
Full payment must be made at the completion of the event. Please note that we do not accept personal cheques. Company cheques are only acceptable with prior arrangement

CONFIRMING FINAL GUEST NUMBERS
We require final confirmed final numbers for your event 48 hours prior to the event.

This number can be increased or decreased, however we reserve the right to charge the number confirmed at 48 hours notice as the minimum charge, any increase over the confirmed number will be automatically charged.

SERVICE CHARGE

A service charge of 8% of the food and beverage component will be added to your bill.

CANCELLATION

Please refer to our full terms and conditions that will be provided to you when you make your booking enquiry at the restaurant.
