The menu consists of twelve to fourteen savoury dishes, plus desserts, listed in order of lighter thru to heavier and you may select your menu of four, five or six courses.
To make the dining experience even more exciting we offer the opportunity to enjoy each course with wines by the glass matched to complement each dish by our sommelier. Alternatively you may order your wines from our extensive wine list.
Our menus are written weekly reflecting what is best at the markets. In addition to the markets we source produce from local suppliers in the Hawkesbury region. As with all we do at the Inn we try to keep everything as ‘green’ as possible and utilise as much organic and bio dynamic produce as possible including sustainable resources in terms of our seafood.
Due to the nature of the food preparation and service we have to slightly adjust the format of the menu when serving guests that wish to have a table larger than ten guests or if we are organising a special event.
